The Philadelphia Phillies have won their first home playoff game since October 2011. The Phillies beat the defending champion Braves 9-1 in game three of the NLDS.
The play of the game came when first baseman Rhys Hoskins hit a three-run homer that sparked a sequence that also saw right fielder Bryce Harper hit a two-run homer during the bottom of the third inning. After both of these home runs, the game was pretty much over as the Phillies went on to win 9-1. Philly's victory was their third largest win in Phillies postseason history.
Game four between the Braves and Phillies is tomorrow at 11:07.
